2. New Members joining in 2023/24

About Repton Hockey Club
To join Repton Hockey Club as a new member for the 2023/24 season:

1. Go to the homepage of the website Repton HC Website homepage and click JOIN on the top right hand corner.

2. Choose which role you would like to apply for eg, Player or Parent (note, in line with welfare guidelines all U18s must have a parent join the club first with the role "parent" and then add their child )

3. Fill in your registration details to request to join the club.

4. All Under 18s need a parent or guardian who should join the club first by applying via the Parent role and using their unique email address. Players who are aged 14 and over should also be registered with their own unique email address (but parents will still be copied in on all correspondence)

Once your application is approved you will receive an email inviting you to log in and join the website so please check inbox and junk folders as your membership will not be finalised until you have logged in to confirm details. If you do not confirm your email address we will not be able to contact you.

Once you have completed the application you can download the club Pitchero app and manage your club schedule, note availablity and use the communication tool. Junior members who are part of an adult squad are expected to have downloaded the club app and be responsible for all club correspondence, noting availability and accepting selection for club matches (parents will be copied in to all correspondence). You will be assigned the Annual Membership Fee product and can purchase this online through the club app.

You should also ensure the playing member is registered on the England Hockey Game Management System by the start of the season so they are eligible to play in matches

* Parent Note *

For Parents wishing to set up Children who have no email address, aged under 14 please follow these steps:

1. Set up your own account as a Parent with your own email and details.
2. Apply for the ROLE of Parent
3. Type in the name of your child and select if they are on the list
4. If you are setting up a new account for your child they will not be on the list so please click on the link to add NEW Child option.

Once your account is validated you will be able to manage your child's account and add all details required on the account profile.
