3. Repton Hockey Club - Player Match day Protocol

Selection:
If selected for a match or an event you will receive an email from the club website. Please accept or decline asap. Please note the link only works once. If you click in error you can change by logging into the club website, going to your members area and changing. If you change can you please let your team manger know so the administrators are aware.

Travel:
If the match is away please can you let your team manager know how you are getting to the match venue. It would be useful to know if you are going direct, need a lift or if you are going and can provide a lift to others. The team manager will coordinate all travel arrangements but will rely on players emailing their plans well in advance of the match.

Kit:
For RHC matches please wear club kit which is a club shirt, club skort/shorts, club socks and club hoodie/tracksuit. The selection email will have details of whether home or away kit is required but if in doubt please always bring home and away kit (blue and white). It is our request that other club/school kit is please not worn for match days.

Match teas:
Match teas are part of club hockey and players are respectfully asked to attend. If you know for some reason you cannot stay please do let the team manager know as we give numbers to the opposition for catering.
