The club uses the Pitchero website to manage the membership database and each member has their own unique profile and should download and access the Pitchero Club App. All players are assigned to a team and they are able to note availability, confirm match selections, pay annual membership fees and match fees, communicate with other players and coaches and keep up to date with club news through the website and the app. All players age 14 and over should have their own email registered for club communication. Parents will continue to receive the same information.

2023/24 MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL:

Read the Welfare Officer Introduction Letter 2023/24
Ensure latest player details (team, contact details, medical information and player photo) are updated by logging into your player account on the club app (click top right photo icon) and updating "Account Details".
Purchase the appropriate Annual Membership. This can be done through the new Club App Shop function - click on the shopping trolley icon at the bottom of the app screen and you will see Annual Membership Subs product - choose the appropriate category & pay online through the app.
Ensure the playing member is registered on the England Hockey Game Management System. This only needs to be done once so if you registered on GMS last season you do NOT need to re-register.
