As 2021/22 draws to a close we are looking ahead to next season and planning our recruitment of top level players and coaches.

After the club's 6th successful season since formation we continue to build on our ambitious strategic plan whilst staying true to our original mission to "provide high quality and competitive programmes for motivated, dedicated hockey athletes".

2021/22 season highlights include:

  • Outdoor league promotion achieved for the Women (to Midlands Premier Division), M1s (to Midlands Division 2) and M2s (to Midlands East Division 4).

  • Women's Indoor team progressed to the National Final of the Premier Division Super 6s
  • Men's Indoor team maintained their place in the Premier Division Super 6s for 2022/23
  • U18 Girls, U18 Boys and U16 Girls Runners Up in the National Tier 1 Championships
  • U16 Boys, U16 Girls, U14 Boys and U14 Girls all progressed to the National Supra-Leagues having qualified through the Midlands Area Leagues

The club is incredibly proud of its track record of talent development with 12 junior members selected into the final 2022 National Age Group squads and 3 selected to play in the U21s Junior World Cup. Through a coach led approach and access to excellent facilities, including an olympic standard water-based astro and a National Premier standard indoor arena, Repton HC aims to be a national centre of hockey excellence.
