If you registered but have not had a confirmation email please first check your inbox/junk folder for any email from Pitchero asking you to confirm your email address. If you cant find an email from Pitchero please email digital.reptonhc@gmail.com and we will reissue the join link to you.

If you have not yet registered and wish to do so please follow the below instructions.

All current members (adults, B2H, juniors and minis) and new applicants are required to register by no later than 01 August 2019 by applying through the green JOIN THE CLUB tab on the home page of the website.

This season we require all PARENTS of U18 members to also JOIN THE CLUB on a separate application and with a UNIQUE email addresses for each applicant.

* Parent Note *

For Parents wishing to set up children who have no email please follow these steps:
1. Set up your own account as a Parent with your own email and details (Join the Club).
2. Check your inbox to confirm your email address
3. Head back to the website and login using the credentials you used to set up your account.
4. Apply for the ROLE of Parent
5. Type in the name of your child and select if they are on the list
6. If you are setting up a new account for your child they will not be on the list so please click on the link to add NEW child option.

Once your account is validated you will be able to manage your child's account and apply to be in specific teams.

Once your application is approved you will receive an email inviting you to log in and join the website so please check inbox and junk folders as your membership will not be finalised until you have logged in to confirm details. If you do not confirm your email address we will not be able to contact you.

General
To complete re-registration members must clear any outstanding balance for 2018/19 and pay 2019/20 subscriptions as detailed below.

Please note the majority of our junior age group squads were full at the end of the 2018/19 season so do register promptly to ensure your place in the 2019/20 squad and to be included in all club correspondence for next season. It would be really helpful if you could let us know ASAP if you do not plan to register next season so we can plan squads.

Full annual membership is open to all players aged Under 12s and upwards.

Under 8s and Under 10s training sessions continue to run on a pay per play basis and these players do not pay an annual membership fee although they must be registered by completing both online registration forms above in order to attend training sessions.

B2H remains on a pay as you play basis for adults at £5 per session but there is a £30 annual administrative fee and all B2H players must complete the above Player Registration Form so we have all latest medical / contact details. This membership applies to players who want to join the Friday evening adult social match play (£5 per session)

U12 and U14s Boys and Girls - Tuesday evenings 6.15pm-7.30pm

U16 Boys- Wednesday evenings 6:15pm-7.30pm

Mens and U18 Boys - Wednesday evenings 7.30pm-9pm

U16 Girls - Thursday evenings 6.15pm-7.30pm

Ladies and U18 Girls - Thursday evenings 7.30pm-9pm

Adult Pay and Play Match Play - Friday evenings 7pm-8.15pm (register online as a B2H member to come along to these sessions)

Additional S&C session Tuesday evenings for Adults and Elite Junior squad

Annual Membership includes all weekly outdoor training sessions from 1 September 2019 through to 1 April 2020.
