Repton HC have exciting opportunities for ladies players

Repton HC is looking to recruit elite performance players to add to our Ladies 1st XI squad for next season which starts in September 2021.

With a squad that has included Senior and Junior International players, our Ladies 1st XI have gained league promotions in each of the past four seasons and now sit on the cusp of the England Hockey National League. The squad have enjoyed a similarly speedy rise in the indoor leagues and will play in the National Indoor Premier League from December through to February against clubs such as Wimbledon HC, Holcombe HC and East Grinstead HC. These rapid promotions have been achieved through recruitment of both high-level UK based, as well as overseas players, along with an expert coaching team led by Head Coach Martin Jones (GB) and Ladies 1st XI Coach Lloyd Madsen (South Africa). Previous international players have been from Argentina, USA, Australia and Canada.

The club is based in Repton, Derbyshire and has access to the world class facilities of Repton School including an Olympic standard new water-based Astro as well as a new indoor hockey facility which will host the National Premier League.
The outdoor season runs from September to April with summer league and pre-season hockey activity through July and August. Training sessions are held during the week, league matches are played on Saturdays with National Cup fixtures on Sunday.

Repton HC is a competitive, ambitious club which is growing rapidly and we welcome players to join us who share our ambition, have experience either at National League or an equivalent International level and are looking for a new challenge. We can offer coaching opportunities and can discuss accommodation/local external employment opportunities with suitable candidates. Players should be eligible to live and work in the UK and be English speaking.
