EH Game Management System - Registration
GMS or Game Management System is England Hockey's new portal for all leagues across the country. As we move to online match sheets, all league (adult and junior) players must be registered and allocated to Repton HC BEFORE they can play. Once you have created your profile, it will stay with you throughout your playing career and record appearances and goals. YOU ONLY NEED TO REGISTER ONCE ON THE SYSTEM (and not every season).
IMPORTANT : Under 18s cannot register as a player on the GMS. Any young person under the age of 18 is considered a junior and will need parents/ guardians to register their accounts. These junior accounts will be linked to the parents/guardian’s one, as a point in principle to comply with Safeguarding Regulations. Once they turn 18, they can take direct control of their account. Attached please find a document explaining how to register as a parent and then register your child as a player. A junior will need to be registered on the GMS in order to play in any England Hockey match so every parent will need to do this.
Players Over 18
- Go to GMS Registration Link and click ‘Register’
- Select ‘player’, add your details and select your club
- You’ll get a code sent so you can proceed
- Complete your full profile
- Wait for approval from Repton HC
Players Under 18 - to be completed by Parent / Guardian
- Go to GMS Registration Link and click ‘Register’
- Select ‘parent’, add your details, select your club
- You’ll get a code sent so you can proceed
- Complete your full profile including the details of your players
- Wait for approval from Repton HC
Please only apply ONCE on the GMS system - it might take a while to get a verification code and approval may also take up to 24 - 48 hours but please be patient!
